Position: Chief Innovative Officer

Background: Prashant C. Raju is currently the Chief Innovative Officer of Lake Highland Entrepreneurs II, LLC. In the past he was a founding member of Lake Highland Entrepreneurs, LLC and served as the company’s Director of Finance. He is also the founder of Prashant C. Raju, LLC and is the company’s CEO and Chairman. Prashant is also an Associate at Atlantic Management, Inc. Prashant's interest in the field of business blossomed several years ago when he began to read the Wallstreet Journal on a daily basis. In his free time, he enjoys reading up on politics and watching CSPAN in pursuit of his dream of one day being able to see himself on CSPAN. Although he has a high interest for both business and politics, Prashant plans on going into general surgery and specializing in cardiology, yet still plans to stay active in both the field of business and in the field of politics. In the fall, Prashant will be attending the University of Florida, where he plans to double major in both Business Administration and Political Science. After he finishes his undergraduate studies, Prashant plans to continue on with his education by dually enrolling in both Harvard Medical School and Harvard Business School, and eventually complete his medical training with a 6 year Cardiovascular surgical residency at Massachusetts General Hospital.

Name: Tatum Drazen

Position: Chief Operating Officer

Education: Florida State University 

Background: Tatum Drazen is the Chief Operating Officer of Lake Highland Entrepreneur II, LLC. She is a seventeen year old senior at Lake Highland Preparatory School. She currently serves as the Regional President of her youth group, BBYO, where she oversees two-thirds of the state of Florida. She has won several awards for her outstanding number of over 1,000 hours of community service, as well as the Presidential Community Service Award. She has been on the honor roll for all four years in high school, and has been a member of the National Honors Society and the Spanish National Honors Society. She is the Editor-in-Chief of the Yearbook staff, as well as a teacher’s assistance for the class. She serves as a SWAT Team member, helping incoming freshmen get acclimated to high school. She also serves as Senior Class Treasurer and Co-Founder and President of STAND Club, which targets to aid the victims of the genocide taking place in Sudan. She has worked for her synagogue, tutoring a young girl with Autism, as well as a part-time job as a summer camp counselor. Upon graduating, Tatum plans to attend the Service Scholar Program at Florida State University.

 Name: Victoria Marks

Position: Chief Administrations Officer, Corporate Secretary

Education: Boston College

Background: Victoria Marks is currently the Secretary for Lake Highland Marketing, LLC. Her role plays a large part in this Corporation, exercising organizational skills as well as motivation skills. From her past experience as Junior and Senior class Secretary she has acquired all the skills to fit this title. Victoria was an intern at Fryy Hammond and Barr, a marketing company based in Orlando, Fl. Here she learned and experienced first hand all aspects of a marketing company. Victoria is experienced in working as a team. As a member of the varsity volleyball team, Victoria knows how to deal with stressful situation and teamwork. This experience led her in earning two 3A State Championship titles. Victoria also has great experience in leadership roles as she completed Leadership, a class offered at Lake Highland Prep., became involved in multiple leadership clubs, and attended a National Student Leadership Conference summer of 2008 in New York City.

Name: Bilal Shaukat

Background: Bilal Abdula Shaukat is Chief Financial Officer of Lake Highland Entrepreneur II, LLC. He is an 18 year old senior at Lake Highland Prep. Bilal is one of the top students in his class and has been a co-captain for his event on the debate team for three years. He has volunteered, researched, and shadowed in the medical field, as he hopes to become a doctor. He also has a passion for business which he tested with his junior class internship at Merrill Lynch. This experience as well as his interest in investing has made him excited in his role as CFO.

Name: Lee Castelo

Position: Director of Finance

Education: Boston University

Backgound: Lee Castelo is a director of finance for Lake Highland Entrepreneurship II, LLC. Lee is eighteen years of age and attends Lake Highland Preparatory School as a high school senior. He grew up in Greenwood Village, Colorado before moving to Florida in 2004. Lee has played varsity golf for Lake Highland for the past four years and is involved in several community service activities around campus. He plans to be a business major and then continue his education with law school. 

Name: Nikki Thadani

Position: Director of Finance

Education: University of Miami

Backgound: Nikki Thadani, Director of Finance of Lake Highland Entrepreneur’s II LLC, although relatively new to the world of finance, has the capability and the ambition to build the company financially. Nikki’s background includes numerous internships in the corporate world, all of which aid in his understanding of a small business. At his high school in Orlando, he is co-captain of the debate team, an activity that has provided him with the confidence to speak and present thoughts and ideas at ease.

Name: Connor Hurt

Position: Financial Coordinator

Education: University of Florida 

Backgound:  Connor Hurt is the Financial Coordinator for Lake Highland Entrepreneur II, LLC. He is an 18 year old senior at Lake Highland Prep School and has been going to Lake Highland since the 9^th grade. Before Lake Highland, he went to St. Margaret Mary School from Kindergarten through the 8^th grade. He has played basketball for the majority of his life and played basketball at Lake Highland all four years of high school. Last year as a junior he interned at his father’s law firm and his brother’s money management firm. During this time, he learned a great deal about defense medical malpractice and money management. 

Name: Aaron Kaltbaum

Position: Financial Coordinator

Education: Florida State University

Backgound: Aaron Kaltbaum has been going to Lake Highland Preparatory School since the tenth grade. He went to the Health Academy at Seminole High School prior to attending LHP. He went to Millennium Middle School where he was in the Pre-IB program. He was on the JV basketball team in 10th grade and works as a lifeguard over the summer at the Jewish Community Center. He really enjoys helping children learn how to swim and protecting them from danger. He interned at a law firm in New York where he got to experience the real working environment in the best place possible to learn. He enjoys helping and working with children of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Florida.

Name: Daniel Gattman

Background: Daniel Ryan Gattman is a financial coordinator for Lake Highland Entrepreneurship II. He is currently a senior, eighteen years old, and attends Lake Highland Preparatory School. Prior to living in Orlando, Daniel grew up in Atlanta, Georgia and Houston, Texas. He has experience in the many fields of mathematics and will be attending UCF after he graduates in May 2009.

Background: Derek Charles New is a financial coordinator for Lake Highland Entrepreneurship II, LLC. He is a 17 year old senior at Lake Highland Prep where he has been since the first grade. He has been privileged enough to have over 200 hours of community service in the medical field at Arnold Palmer Hospital. He also has over 100 hours of leadership class experience after having participated in RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) and Winter Park Chamber of Commerce Youth Leaders Class.

Name: Jeremy Lamm

Position: Creative Advisor

Education: University of Alabama 

Backgound: Jeremy Lamm is a very hard and diligent worker that gives 110%. He has played sports throughout his life and has always put forth all of his effort in each. He has played Lacrosse, Football, Baseball, and Track and Field. He has also done over 100 hours of community service in events such as the Special Olympics and Habitat for Humanity. He also had a part time job with his dad working on his construction sites, doing work like sweeping, brick work and bondo. Sports, Community Service and Work have all taught him a lot and has made him a determined and persistent person.

Background: Tayler Sansbury is a dedicated and hard working student. She strongly believes in commitment and applies it to her everyday life including her studies and athletics. She enjoys being creative through photography, and believes that art is a necessity for life. As a Public Relations representative with Lake Highland Entrepreneurs II, she works to get the word out and make people excited about what she is selling.
